There is no better day than talking about my favorite genres, songs, concerts and artist other than on world music day. This is a special day for all the music lovers around the world to honour their favorite musicians and their contribution towards making all that even more melodious.

Since it’s been a while, I’m gonna share my playlist now. Currently I’ve been listened to

Talking about my favorite album, sour by olivia and chaos chapter: Freeze by TXT is my current obsession. Seriously these albums are such a bomb and I can’t stop myself from switching both on repeat.

Let’s talk about some BTS muster sowoozoo highlights
(My reaction to the online concert held by BTS)

It was a two day online live streaming event held every year on June 13 to celebrate the anniversary of the BTS band.
It’s a grand celebration where they meet their fans in person to interact, perform some songs and play games. Fans usually participate in large number and thus making it look like a concert. Since we in middle of the covid crisis, the band couldn’t able to gather people so they made it as a virtual concert.

According to HYBE, BTS 2021 MUSTER SOWOOZOO reached 1.33 million viewers from across 195 countries.

I know I’m late but you should understand that I’m an broken army and didn’t purchase tickets for the show. After the live, I saw their performances in bits and pieces from Twitter (illegally). I didn’t get time to write review after that because of my semester exams so finally here I am after watching the whole show properly from starting to the end.

One thing I realized watching their performances was that – how badly I’ve missed the energetic, cheering voices of the fans i.e., army in the background. Due to this pandemic, two years of bts performances were so quite on empty stages. Due to this online event, I totally enjoyed listening to their songs while hearing the fans shouting along with them.
The event was so damn good and I still haven’t totally recovered from it yet.

First I want to praise the company for preparing the stadium or stage so beautifully with the concept idea – mikrokosmos (meaning – Humankind regarded as the representation in miniature of the universe.)
Thus they choose galaxy, planets and decorated the whole stage with purple. It always felt good to see the long fireworks at the end of every BTS concert. I also adored the stage which looked like an infinity symbol.

The first song they performed on the day 1 was”Life goes on“. It stil remains as the most comforting song to me in this never ending pandemic. Next came “Butter(tropical version)“!! I’m sorry to say this, if you don’t know about this song or not even heard about it then I don’t know what you are doing in your life. It’s the most famous song that is sitting comfortably on #1 position in billboard hot 100 charts for three consecutive weeks till now. 💛
Their costume, looks and the background setting totally matched with the cool summer vibes. Their dance break hits different every time they performance Butter and I can never get used to it.

They also performed some old songs like moving on, stay, wishing on a star (Korean version), you never walk alone. The fact that they recreated the famous army room in the background while singing ‘fly to my room‘ was so pure. 🏠


“Fire” and “not today” performances were dope as usual. They absolutely nailed it.

I’m literally swept off by their chicken noodle soup performance. It is my most favorite solo song of jhope and Becky. Not to forget about suga’s dewaticta too. It’s really rare to see all members participating in a solo song of any member so, both the performances were jaw dropping. 😭💜
RM rapping in Spanish, jimin slaying the rap part so smoothly just like Becky, Jk once again proving that his voice fits in any song, Suga, V and Jin were all so amazing. I was legit screaming and dancing when everyone did a freestyle dance at the end. Putting kids, teen and children as the back dancers was a brilliant idea. This will remain as the most iconic performance of the event. 🔥

I’ve even edited this particular performance with the original video and saved it in my phone to listen daily 🤧💜

And what they have done to daechwita? It was supposed to be Savage, serious with only yoongi. To everyone’s surprise they turned it out into a hilarious yet hot performance with all the members!! 💀
V’s historical drama visual and acting is no joke. He faked a beard and played a funny role till RM was performing. As if nothing happened, he fell and got up with a straight face rapping to daechwita with his deep voice. I can’t with this boi- 🤪. Jimin, Jin, jungkook rapping should go down in history!! The rappers as usual nailed it and especially jhope who literally ate the rap part.

All the army’s were already shocked after hearing the song list and then their performance featuring all the members totally freaked out everyone.

“So what” song always brightens up my day. To me, this song is like a warm hug after having a rough day. I always get hope, courage and motivation after listening to it. Words can’t describe how much it hypes me up 💜
To BTS, it’s all about water fights, running and chasing around, I guess. 😂 It seriously made my day!!

In day 2 we got to see the glimpse of them singing their solo songs!! I laughed so hard when v admitted that he forgot the melody of winter bear and sang two lines of sweet night to compensate it. Why he is like this? 😄

Telepathy is a playful disco and funk songs. It’s one of  my favorite from the BE album. Day 2 telepathy performance with their new costume was everything!! Their fashion sense were so superior.

Finally, I got to see their live performance of the Dis-ease song. It’s a powerful song from the same BE album. The vocal line slaying the bridge part of the song still resides in my mind, rent free.

Hearing members sing “Flim Out” song on live felt like heaven!! There is something about the way vocal line capture the emotions when they sing the last verse or the ending of this song.  Even without knowing their language, I feel every bit of their emotion so deeply. Everything from their harmony to lyrics, it’s just pure bliss.

‘Mikrokosmos‘ song never fails to bring tears in my eyes. It’s actually a beautiful comforting song which is about saying “you are a big existence and don’t think of ending yourself”. This song holds a special place in my heart and I bet no one can understand the reason except me. It found me at my worst and gave hope, a reason to live on.

They wrapped up the show with emotional messages along with their blood, sweat and tears.

To summarize, our international heartthrob Jungkook received enormous fame on social media after exposing his full tattoo and intense looks. (so that’s why he said ‘fear the double bunny’, sorry for the inside joke). No seriously, he was trending number one worldwide on continous 2 days in Twitter and I don’t know about other platforms. The virtual show gathered over 1.33 million paid viewers from across 195 countries in two days. Then think about the number of fans who watched it illegally. All the members did a great job and turned into a successful event as usual!! 👏🏻👏🏻

Staying in this fandom is so tiring and yes I mean it. Just when I’m getting recover from their latest remixes, albums, concerts, cheography performances and rumor has it that their is gonna be a new single something like “permission to dance” to be released on July 9th, Sunday along with Butter CD release. They are working so hard to produce songs to their fans. Bts, the best – Japanese album is already out on June 16, 2021. Seeing their passion and hunger for music, I can’t help but get inspired every time.

Yup, that’s it. Recently I found this British pop group called – New hope club and highly recommend you to check their YouTube channel. I promise you won’t regret it. They also do amazing cover songs in their own style. I became their fan after listening to fixed song and their dynamite cover.
