Surround yourself with green πŸŒ±

Hi my fellow readers!! Toady I’m going to talk about something green and fresh – Gardening!! When I was a kid I’ve heard my teachers saying “save and plant trees” many times in the class. Asking us to plant at least a single tree outside our house. Making awareness about the consequences on every earth day, nature day and environmental day but I never took anything into my own hands except drawing and making posters for the competitions.

I had no interest in gardening. It doesn’t mean I hate it. Everybody loves to see big trees, beautiful flowers, floors filled with grass, birds chirping on the branches. Believe me, I admire those a lot. It’s just that I’ve never decided to own a plant (it requires lot of patience πŸ˜…). But luckily, my parents fascinated me a lot.

🌺We live in an small apartment so it’s not possible for us to have a garden in the backyard. Yet my father showed keen interest in buying and decorating our house with beautiful plants. 🌺

I should say, My father and my younger sister have great interests in gardening. I don’t usually do anything, I just sit and watch how they take care of each and everything.

The only thing I’m good at is, personalizing things. I mean…see it in the pics below! πŸ˜‚

We have only little space yet it still mostly filled with plants. My mom buys decorative items also in green. Maybe that’s what makes my home a ‘HOME’. 🏑 Whenever I see around, I see only green which really calms and comforts me. ☘️

Color is often thought to have an impact on our mood and emotion. Green, with its attachment to the nature, is such a refreshing color that can calm our mind and soul. From the meaning of colors perspective, it is also the color of growth, spring, renewal and rebirth. It renews and restores depleted energy. πŸ’š

You might think what is the use of indoor plants, there are so many, but here I’ve listed only 5 important benefits:

🌻 Provides better air and increase your productivity

🌻 They make any room comfortable with more cooling effect

🌻 Reduce noise levels ( how many of you know plants absorbs sound and reduces urban noise pollution? )

🌻 Helps you to forget about stress as you spend more time by taking care of it (can become your hobby too)

🌻 They are therapeutic to care for (it’s true when we say Plants Make People Happy)

β€œA seed knows how to wait… a seed is alive while it waits.” β€” Hope Jahren ✨

All I want to say is, you don’t need a big place to have a garden, don’t need to wait for someone to gift flowers. Plant your own trees. Watch the flowers bloom. Have at least one plant in your home. Especially in this situation, we all need to have good health, and a positive mind which you can easily get from some fresh air and peaceful environment. Keep your surrounding clean and surround yourself with positivity. 🌻

Hope you liked reading this post!!

Stay safe and be healthy!!! 🌺

I just sit and watch him do everything πŸ˜‚ My elders say that, God created plants to be green because, it doesn’t stress our eyes and calms it down, as it is everywhere! I don’t know if it’s true, but I believe it. Wonderful post, btwπŸ’šπŸŒ±πŸƒ
